RETURNS & EXCHANGES
POPPY & DOT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Full priced merchandise that are unwashed, unworn and unused may be returned postmarked within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
All sale merchandise ending in $0.99 qualifies for store credit only if returned.
All clearance merchandise ending in $0.97 is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Once returned item(s) are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, the refund will be issued to your financial institution equal to the price of the returned item(s), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you are refunded using store credit you will receive an email containing a gift
card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s) once your return has been processed. Gift card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
If your returned item brings your total purchase price below $50 then our shipping fee of $1.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. However, Poppy & Dot will provide a return label for all customers who choose store credit as the refund method. This option is only available if the customer's purchase was not solely made with store credit and items were not marked on sale.
Customers now have the choice of receiving a printable return label. If a customer would like a printable return label, our customer service will email a label to you and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed. Customers can also be provided with a free printable shipping label at no cost to them if they choose to have their return processed as store credit instead of a refund.
We do not have a process in place for direct exchanges since we cannot guarantee that the item(s) won't be sold out by the time your return is received back to our warehouse. Our policy does not allow us to "reserve" online merchandise. We advise you to purchase the item(s) as soon as possible, this will ensure your exchange, without risking that the item(s) you want sell out prior to delivery of your return.
