RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. If returned over this time frame, the following restock fee will apply.
8-14 days, 10% restock fee.
15-30 days, 15% restock fee.
30 + days, no returns accepted.
Once returned item(s) are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, the refund will be issued to your financial institution equal to the price of the returned item(s), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you are refunded using Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift
card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), minus the cost of the
shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
In order to continue providing free shipping on all orders, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers that live in the United States now have the option of receiving a
printable return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund
once your return is processed. Understand that the cost of this printable return
label will vary depending on the location, weight and quantity of items being
returned. If you choose this option, our Customer Service team will be able to
provide you the cost of the printable label at your request before finalizing your
Technically, we do not have a process in place for direct exchanges since we
cannot guarantee that the item(s) won't be sold out by the time your return is received back to our warehouse. Our policy does not allow us to "reserve" online merchandise. We advise you to purchase the item(s) as soon as possible, this will ensure your exchange, without risking that the item(s) you want sell out prior to delivery of your return.

Drop box hours are Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 4:00pm (with the
exception of Holidays). Please package the return(s) up as if you were mailing it
with the return authorization number you were given included and put the
package in the drop box just below our Poppy and Dot sign.
