We offer in-store credit through our exchange program. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents, with tags still attached (if applicable).
The most common reason for a return is an item not fitting. As a result, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Your package must me post-marked and sent back to us within 7 days from the original delivery confirmation date. If received over this time frame, the following restock fee will apply --
8-14 days, 15% restock fee
15-21 days, 25% restock fee
22+ days, no returns accepted
Please submit a return request to us at email@example.com to get approval. Once you've received your approval, please mail your item back as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any shipping costs or refunds unless the item is damaged by the manufacturer. If your item looks worn or has any odors or smells, we will not be able to accept the return. We suggest you purchase delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit.
We also accept returns at our warehouse if dropped off Monday-Friday between 9-4pm. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the address.
Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 3-4 business days. You will be emailed a code as in-store credit for the returned items.

Technically, we do not have a process in place for direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item won't be sold out by the time your return comes in. Our policy does not allow us to "reserve" online merchandise. If you know the item(s) you wish to receive as an "exchange", we advise you to purchase the item(s) as normal, while your return is in transit back to us.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card for the original amount paid up to the purchase price of the new item; this way, in the end, it equals out to an exchange without the risk of the item(s) you want being sold out.
Occasionally our stock varies from what is in actually in stock. In these instances, we will partially ship the portion of your order that is in stock and then refund you for the item(s) that is/are no longer available. We try our best to keep inventory updated as best as we can, but once in awhile we accidentally oversell products and cannot fulfill your orders in their entirety. Thank you for understanding.
