Did we say some things? Yes. Are we sorry? Mostly. In a (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime experience, everyone in the whole world found themselves in quarantine. This time will be recorded in the history books. Shipping
Poppy & Dot has partnered with fulfillment centers to ship directly from our suppliers to our customers. This is in an effort to offer more styles, sizes and colors of our products, as well as striving to keep our clothing affordable. Please note that some products will ship in 5 - 10 business days after the order is placed as noted in our product descriptions. 

Orders over $75 in value will ship via USPS free of charge.  Orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 for USPS First Class or Priority shipping service.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Poppy & Dot does not ship on U.S. Holidays. We provide tracking numbers for each shipment. If you happen to lose yours,  please login to your account by clicking on the "person icon" in the top right corner of our homepage.
The exceptions to this are pre-sale items. If the item states that it is a "pre-sale item", please check the product listing on that specific product for the estimated shipping dates. 

When paying with a credit card or using some other payment method you must ensure your shipping address is where you would like your item be sent. . Poppy & Dot is not responsible for delivery delays or shipments not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Poppy & Dot is not responsible for returned, lost, or items stolen during shipping. Poppy & Dot is not responsible for packages left by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other shipping services which are dropped off and not signed for by the customer. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address for your items.
Returns

We're sorry to hear that you didn't get the right fit!  Please visit your account here to request a return. Return requests will be reviewed in 1-2 business days.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns centerAll full priced returns (items ending in .00) covered by the store credit + exchange protection will be credited 10% in addition to the cost of your item(s).  If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.

 

    • Items must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and unused with all product tags still attached (“returnable condition”).
    • Customer has a maximum of 30 days from receipt of item to initiate a return from Poppy & Dot.
    • Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original order receipt from Poppy & Dot. Returns shipped after 30 days of original order receipt will not be accepted.
      • All return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. However, Poppy & Dot will supply a return label for customers who purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange option at checkout. This option is only available if the customer's purchase was not made in whole or in part with store credit and items were not sold as Clearance, Final Sale or otherwise deeply discounted (as outlined below). Items purchased through a Poppy & Dot sitewide sale qualify for store credit only (as outlined below).
      • Poppy & Dot recommends using a shipping service that supplies delivery confirmation. Poppy & Dot is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. 
    • Full priced, non-sale items with price ending in $0.00 qualify for a full refund as outlined below.
    • Items with price ending in $0.99 qualify for store credit only if returned. Items purchased using a discount code will qualify for store credit only.
    • Clearance, Final Sale, or deeply discount items with price ending in $0.97 are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Once received, authorized returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. For items deemed to be in returnable condition, a refund will be issued to the original financial institution equal to the price of the returned item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for refund amount to be reflect in your account.  Original order shipping fees are otherwise not refundable and will not be included in any refund amount.
    • Returns eligible for store credit will be issued a Gift Card code via email equal to the refund amount. Gift card funds are available immediately once the return is processed. Any return item originally purchased with a Gift Card will have the refund amount issued to the original Gift Card.  Such Gift Card values will only expire once all funds have been completely used.
    • In cases where a return adjusts the original order amount to something below the $75 Free Shipping threshold, a $4.99 shipping fee will be netted from any refund amount.
    • Exchanges: For customers interested in exchanging previously purchased item(s) for something different (needing a different color, size, style, etc.) we recommend you purchase the new item(s) and request a return for the previously purchased item(s).  Approved returns must adhere to the returns policy outlined above and will be provided a refund or store credit accordingly. 
Drop-off Returns: Poppy & Dot does not currently accept “drop-off” returns; returns made directly to our retail or warehouse locations.  Returns must be shipped to the following address and include the order # clearly marked on the return package:
